After some ceiling renovation it is a really dark place, you can not enjoy the dancers as before. They also changed the rules, very strict, no touching, no hugging, no this, no that. The afternoon DJ is calm the evening talks a lot and cuts the music to call the girls once and again, advertise the restaurant, etc. and that really destroys the mood. Girls are pretty and in general friendly but they are looking for their money so do not expect 2 x 1 or too much conversation; if they see you are not going to accept the dance they move on right away. There are a few aggressive bouncers and waitresses that will chase you to sit and order drinks right away, but in general are friendly. The VIP rooms go from $ 600 in the afternoon-evening to 800, 1200, 1up to 2000 for one hour and it does include the drinks. Girls expect to get a tip on top of what you pay. My friend and I went into the VIP room and honestly is a rip-off but is up to who goes in and has the bucks, not for everybody. It is one of the best in New York, we (me and the office guys) go once in a while and have fun. As long as you know what you will get is fine.
