Well, another visit to Vic's, which is becoming my go-to place when I want to get my 'black' on. As been described many times before, Vic's is in residential neighborhood and you need to find parking on the street. There's a $5 cover charge (although the bouncer missed me this time). I usually drink beer ($5 for domestic), so I can't comment on the mixed drinks.

The whole place is basically taken up by a rectangular bar with a stage in the middle and limited standing space. All the seating is around the bar or against the wall.

I went on a snowy Tuesday and it wasn't very crowded. I arrived around 5:00 with only about 3 other guys in the bar and about 8-10 dancers sitting around. It did pick up a bit a little later, but this place lacks energy when it's not crowded. There's much more excitement when it's crowded and the dancers seem to have more energy (of course, they can make more money).
