Harry O's never changes. Luana and Veronica are the only regulars worth looking at. Luana (less frequent than in the past) also is cordial even if you don't give her $; Veronica is nasty and arrogant, but nice bod and I hear she gives good but cold service. The other girls are hit or miss -- mainly miss, big bottomed Latinas without much talent beyond a willingness to offer total service at a reasonable price (which Luana also does and Veronica does as well for a slightly higher price). The place is filthy dirty -- be sure to shower and change clothes after you leave. And don't look at the boss, Pat, who has a bigger and flabbier gut than a woman in her ninth month. Atmosphere is low key, non threatening, and usually there is parking in the adjacent lot.
