Was visiting Denver and after landing...

Was visiting Denver and after landing decided to try a club for a cold beverage and a little entertainment. As I wasn't planning a visit before I left I didn't check any clubs out so I just punched adult into the GPS and it showed Dan's as the closest club so I took a chance. Broncos were playing at home that night so I expected a light crowd, at least until sometime after the game. Very few patrons in the club and unfortunately very few dancers as well, I only saw 5 total. Smaller club with two stages and there was a girl on each, 3 song sets. Beers were cold and inexpensive and there was no cover when I got there. Girls were more girl next door type which is really up my alley and I thought overall in the 6-8 range. My biggest disappointment is the girls were always spoken for, I'm assuming either with regulars or boyfriends as they left the stage and headed immediately to a waiting friend even though they weren't dancing and they certainly weren't approached at the stage as I was the only one to tip for the 10-12 songs I hung around. After three beers and no interaction I called it a night as I was hoping for a little closer interaction and figured I could watch the game as well in my hotel. As I'm not a regular I don't see it getting better so when I'm back in town I'll try someplace else and maybe do a little research ahead of time.
