I visited this establishment last month....

I visited this establishment last month. There were a few cars out front and on the side. I went in and let my eyes adjust to the overly dim interior lighting. When I could see, I noticed an old, grey bearded man sitting in the corner with a drink. Just sitting there, as though he was Rip Van Winkle having not quite awakened from his 20 year nap. Two ladies were at the bar. It wasn't shift change or anything like that, so it seemed odd that no one even so much as acknowledged my presence. I sat at the bar, not 3 feet from them. Still, no one acknowledged my presence. No offer of a drink. No nothing. So I sat, like Ol' Rip in the corner. 10 minutes went awkwardly by and still no one acknowledged my presence. I got up, stretched, making my intent to leave obvious. Still no acknowledgement. I left. Won't return. Neither should you.
