When it comes to the physical club rating, the dancer quality and monetary value, keep in mind that everything is relative. This place has more of a local bar feel than a strip club feel, but the interior is nice. Renovations over the last year have opened up more VIP space. The lap dance area is private enough, although not completely private...of course it can be if you scout it out and go there when it's not busy. All in all, while this club doesn't have a posh traditional upscale gentleman's club feel, it does have the feel of a comfortable and nice local neighborhood bar. There is a main stage and a side stage that is used when it is busy as well as a "VIP" area for VIP card holders and a back stage that I think is more for parties or if it's super crowded like on special event nights. Also there are several private rooms that are sold in 15- and 30-minute intervals.

The owner of this club, who I always have gotten along well with, has made a concerted effort to approve the appearance and amenities of the bar and to make it a better working environment for the dancers. There was a time when the economy was really rough that the dancers complained a lot about their treatment. A lot left and the club suffered for a good 8-10 months, but the new environment has brought back some old hot and friendly familiar faces (including bartenders) and also attracted some amazing, new friendly and sexy girls. The overall quality of the girls has always been pretty high here, but there are very few that you won't find attractive now. There are different skin colors, ethnicities and body types. Really something for everyone, and most of the girls have great personalities. They do circle the room for tips, which can at times be a little annoying and cause you to go through ones rapidly, but most of them are friendly and interact with you, and frankly if they weren't allowed to do this they might get discouraged on slower nights and not want to work here anymore. I rarely run into a dancer with a bad attitude here and usually those girls don't last long. I've made many friends over the years here that I can come see, and there are times when I will come to just hang out and have some female company at the bar and other times that I will come ready to get taken care of (legally of course!) in a back room. Either way it's usually a good time.

The best thing about Millstream is that although the drinks aren't cheap, they generally are cheaper than most similar clubs, and the bartenders are real bartenders who are friendly and know how to make a drink. Alyssa and Mickey are two standbys. Have a shot with them occasionally and they are a blast to party with. They watch out for the customers and care about the experience. And they don't cheat you on the alcohol ... and they are nice to look at, too! The Millstream runs 2 for 1 drink and dance specials, $10 bucket specials and other promos that make it a cost effective place to come. If you know you want to do a lot of dances, the 15 and 30 minute rooms are really a good deal ... unless you want to sample a variety. Back room dances are full contact and topless (with pasties), whereas regular lappers are very limited touching, but full dancer on patron contact. At $20 a pop they are not bad and the 2 for 1 is a great deal. It's Tuesday's and Saturday's I think. The back rooms are nice and comfortable and private (30 minute rooms) ... 15 minute rooms are less private, but most times you do not share. There are booths and there is never more than one other customer in there when you are (and that is rare).
