I finally made it by this...

I finally made it by this new club for my first and maybe my last visit. It's much nicer in there than when it was the Hawaii Theater but the decor is the only improvement. The prices are not better. The girls are not better. The mileage is certainly worse. So is the atmosphere which was chilly and unfriendly. It's like one of those clubs where you know that all the girls are only working there until they can find someplace better.

The girls were okay but that's about it. They're more attractive over at the Spearmint Rhino which is about a mile away and there are three or four clubs within a few miles that feature hotter dancers. The Hawaii Theater had two things going for it. It had high mileage and it had great looking girls. The new owners got rid of all that but the men's room is nicer.

Mileage seems to be trending downwards in City of Industry clubs. The way it's going, there will be no reason to drive to that area before long but for now, you can still do better elsewhere.
