Still one of my favorite clubs, but finding it more hit or miss lately. I went through a period where I was hitting the Providence clubs more frequently, but with the heat being turned on to those clubs due to a tabloid investigative report by one of the local TV news stations during sweeps week (i.e. trying to get ratings), I've decided to retreat back to the serenity of Woonsocket.

The news report turned the spotlight on what goes on behind closed doors in the Providence clubs. This stuff has been going on for nearly a decade, and, quite frankly, is one of the reasons that makes Providence a destination stop. Anyone who reads this website knows this. Now, the city council has decided to crack down on it? Could it have anything to do with the mayor of Providence now running for Governor? Hmmm.

Just goes to show how one poorly run club (Cheaters) can ruin it for all. If Cheaters had never hired an underage stripper months ago, maybe everybody would still turn a blind eye to what goes on in those clubs.
