Sapphire is a pretty big club....

Sapphire is a pretty big club. The exterior and interior seemed well-kept to me (at least in the dark!) When you get past the long entrance hallway, you're spit out into a large room with two small, circular stages connected by a bridge with a space at the top for girls to dance. It was VERY crowded when we went on a Friday night and it was difficult to find places to sit. Cleanliness level seemed normal for a strip club. Despite the amount of people, the vibe was more chilled out than I expected (and what I expected was a huge party with people having a great time). Some awkward looking customers, and there were some dancers just standing around looking bored. The music was your typical top 40s and some dubstep, along with a song that seems to be the club's signature ballad... the lyrics are all about the club. It was an OK song but I quickly got sick of it because they played it every 6-7 songs or so.

The dancers were all hot, though I would say that of the ones we watched, only about 1 in 5 of them seemed engaged in what they were doing and the rest were just going through their paces. One short blonde was super impressive on the pole and was clearly having a great time! I really enjoyed her and wanted to get a dance from her, but once her stage rotation was finished she disappeared on me. Another cute latina girl danced very slowly and engaged everyone around the stage by making remarks here and there (we got, "I'm so hungover right now!" with a guilty laugh). No one else stood out to me in the hour or so we were there.

I didn't wind up getting a dance because the girl I was interested in disappeared after her stage set. It seemed like dancers were pulling customers into a back area for the private shows. I enjoyed myself--of course, it's hard not to!--but I'll probably hit up a different club the next time I'm in Vegas. I'd like to see somewhere with a bigger stage where the girls can put on more of a show than they can at Sapphire.
