while I was in Morgantown a couple of weeks ago, I decide to check out the newly remodeled southern exposure. The club is in a remote area outside of Morgantown. I arrived at the door and had to ring the buzzer several times and got lucky the doorman was going out to smoke. he checked me in and scanned my drivers license. One nice thing is military doesn't pay a cover here, that's a plus for me. I don't drink, so I didn't see what they served, but the bar area looked nice. there were several people there watching MNF. that should have been a clue as to what was coming. I went into where the stage was and found a seat. I was never in the club prior to the remodel, so I don't know what changed inside, but it was nice and clean. I looked around and saw 1 other person in the stage area and 1 dancer on stage. she was ok looking, a little on the chunky side, but on par with other clubs in the area. she did 2 songs when I came in an then got off the stage and went and sat down with the other guy. I sat there for another 20ish minutes waiting to see if some one else was going to go on the stage, but no one ever did. I don't know if it was just that way that night, the other club I went to that night was also lacking dancers, but at least they had more than one working. don't know if I will try this place again as it is out of the way for me. maybe if I see the reviews improve.
