Took a cab to this club, bouncers very friendly out front, then greeted by possibly the rudest cover charge bitch I've ever encountered. I said "hi" and she said "10 Dollars". Tipped her 2 bucks, started to walk in and she says loudly "Coat Check this way". I told her I didn't want to check my jacket and she sticks her outstretched hand in my chest and says "7 Dollars". I actually laughed at her, backed away from her hand and gave her the 7 with no tip. This pissed her off of course but I removed everything from my jacket before handing it over.

Went inside and they had MNF on the big screen. Very few patrons inside, and only about 15 dancers mulling about - all between 5 and 7 on the scale. Watched the rest of the game and spent about $50 on 5 beers (including tipping every round). Around midnight, I spotted a nice thin 7 onstage and motioned her over. She quoted me $25 per song upstairs. I asked what was allowed and she then quoted $200 on a package deal. Knowing it was a buyer's market, I talked her down to $120 and we went upstairs. Tipped the gatekeeper $5 and in we went. She got straight down to business and I was out of there 4 songs later completely drained. In retrospect, I wish I had asked to see the mgr about the cover bitch before leaving but shrugged it off. Also note that your clothes will reek heavily of smoke if you venture upstairs. All in all a good night, but as always, be prepared to drop some cash in this place no matter how you plan to roll. Detroit definitely has some of the most liberal 2-way action in the country...
