Visited this club again on a Wednesday night because I was in SF for business. The club has not changed in a long time (still pastie). You walk in, pay a small cover (this day it was $3), and sit by the stage (a standard T shape sage) or grab a table. They have a full bar with pretty hot waitresses (some should be dancing). If you like contact, don't bother with VIP or any private dance, as you can look but not touch. Some dancers will even do the typical air dance routine. Bottom line, if you want to look at some mostly naked girls wearing pasties while you drink a couple of beers, this place is fine. If you are looking for any high mileage dances, don't waste your time or money.
