Since my last review of this club Providence is under attack from the wannabe Governor Mayor, because, gasp, an undercover news reporter solicited sex from dancers in some of the clubs and the dancers agreed. All over the news. Well, the clubs were bashed all over the news. The reporter who filmed himself committing the crime of solicitation wasn't charged despite the evidence. The Mayor now intends on getting an ordinance passed banning CR's. Providence and Rhode Island have unbelievably high unemployment and the strip clubs draw massive amounts of out of towners, especially conventioneers from neighboring states, so it makes no sense, but hey politicians never do. I had to check out and see the changes myself so a week ago Sunday I went to watch football at night. Arrived before 8 so no cover. Missed the last free shot, but liquor isn't expensive here compared to other clubs. A lot of attractive women. they do good stage dances and some will go nude on stage. As usual, management bought me a cocktail. Saw one of my favorites already occupied so I sat and drank with other dancers and discussed the "changes" Got topless laps ($25) from 2 dancers and the small cubicles with a bench and a real door were the same. Contact was fabulous as it always is. Ended the night with a 30 min ($200 dancer$ 60 house) CR with a dancer I have known for 9 years, wanting to see the "changes". CR's are a small room with a 2 seat couch, a table, a lamp and a real door that closes. No one peeks, no one enters, no one bothers you. It was a world class experience to the extent that I missed a large part of the game and then took the longest way home possible, savoring every damn moment. As a one of my friends once said: Guys from the 50's and 60's wish they had the same experiences on their wedding nights.
