First off, the limo does pick you up from your hotel but you may have to wait for a long time as the driver picks up other guests from nearby hotels as well on the way.

Went to Sapphire on the Friday night and even though the place was packed, there were still tables available. The tables cannot just be taken though and must be purchased by bottle service. Lots of people were paying for the tables by handing over some cash to the bouncers to get on a waitlist to get a table.
