The Hi-Liter has always been one...

The Hi-Liter has always been one of my favorite topless clubs in the Phoenix area. Management isn't overly strict and dancers are free to decide just how friendly they want to be with you. Obviously your mileage varies widely, but fun times can be had. The only real negative thing I have to say is the move towards $15 dances along the wall. Personally I hope they will realize the error of their ways because there really isn't a tangible difference between a dance when seated against the wall and a dance in the middle of the club.
