My long-term boyfriend and I wanted to try out some Detroit strip clubs, and after reading some reviews, we decided on The Coliseum. Saturday was supposedly "Couples Night," which was supposed to include free cover for a woman with her man. They charged us for two covers, but I wasn't in a fighting mood, so I didn't argue. Like everyone said, mandatory $8 valet, but I guess that is a fine price to pay for not having to walk through the dark with hundreds of dollars in cash, so...

Inside the club was nice. They didn't have any tables on a packed Saturday, so we sat at the side of the stage. Beers seem sort of standard for these types of places, ~$7-8. There are three dancers on the long stage at a time, so it gave you plenty to look at. The waitresses weren't as attentive as I'm used to, but they weren't too bad. The quality of dancers varied also. They were mostly white with one latina, one asian girl, one mixed girl, and one black girl. One or two girls could work the pole, and one or two others were so good-lucking that it didn't matter that they just writhed around. One girl was sad- and bored-looking, with no boobs, butt, or a cute face to justify her presence. I tipped her because she made me feel sad. We watched approximately 10 girls come on stage and go before we were approached for a dance.

And THAT'S where the club took a gigantic leap up in quality. Two GORGEOUS girls that I hadn't seen on stage approached us for a couple's dance. They led us to the back and asked us our budget, which I really appreciate. It was our first private couple's dance (we had dances separately and table dances) and it was freaking amazing. I wasn't sure of the rules, but they made sure to guide us and let us know what we could do to them and each other. It was the single hottest experience of my life. Things got REALLY wild. They were just spectacular. We had to leave immediately after that, if you catch my drift, so I can't say much else about the club, but our experience was really amazing. We will definitely be back.
