I thought I would update based on the increase charge to $15 for dance against the wall (used to be $10). I don't see any difference in the quality of the dances. Some thought that contact might increase, but the girls who were doing the most still continue to do so and the one who don't still don't, AFAICT. Nikita and Amanda remain good if the former is the goal. Tracy, Marley and Candy for nice looking girls with sensuous dances. None of these dancers are that young if that is what you are looking for, but there are younger girls as well.

The reason given for the increase was to cause more people to sit in the center area and it has accomplished that goal. There are many more seated in the center area and it gives the impression that the club is more crowd so perhaps it is an attempt at the "crowded bar theory". However, I don't think there are any more customers in the day. In fact, I think the opposite is true.

As for money, the club gets 10% (assuming the dancers tip out as they are supposed to) so and additional .50 per song. There are definitely less dances being done on the wall. So at say 800 dances now a day along the wall, that would be $400 more per day to the club. I guess this makes it worthwhile if there is not a reduction in the number of dances.
