Harley's is a recently renovated club in Decatur, a small Michigan city about 6 miles south of I94. The club is located in "downtown" Decatur, a 3-4 block area that feels safe. Street parking is adequate for the club. When you enter the club, there is a pool table to the right and a bar area. As you pass by the bar area the club has a larger seating area that contains a slightly raised stage with a stripper pole.

The club has a number of positives: the renovated facility looks quite good, the drinks are reasonably priced, the dancers circulate and visit with customers, the sound system is good, the DJ is quite good (he is not overly intrusive and talks in a manner that can be understood), the place has a friendly vibe to it and the $20 lap dances offer two way contact but no hint of extras, pretty standard for this part of Michigan.

On the more critical side, I was disappointed with the lap dance area which consisted of a long, narrow room with a padded bench on one wall and mirrors on the other wall. Small dividers are mounted on the wall that provided a tiny bit of privacy between adjacent VIP dance benches (kind of like the urinal privacy dividers in a men's rest room). It looked like a long hallway but the hallway didn't go anywhere. If more than one lap dance is happening, you have to practically step over another dancer and patron in order to get to a dance area that is further down the hallway. This arrangement provides very little privacy compared to most of the lap dance areas in other clubs.
