Stopped by with a couple friends...

Stopped by with a couple friends on Saturday night after not being there for 6 or 8 months. Northpoint has always been a favorite stop of ours for awhile because you can have a blast getting drunk with the girls. Bbut after this trip I may need to reconsider. Strike 1: Beer was $6.....yes $6. Sure, there is no cover but after 6 beers I could have paid a $10 cover and still been ahead. Strike 2: Dancer quality was poor compared to previous visits. Out of the 10 or so dancers, there were only 3 that I would rate above a 6. And, it seems like there were 2 or 3 newbie dancers that were plain annoying. No people skills and it was all "I want $5, I don't dance for singles". Well sorry princess, with an attitude like that go to The Oval Offfice. Strike 3: New rules. My buddies and I talked with one of the dancers there that we have know for a year or two and she said they were having a big meeting to talk about new rules that were coming down to limit contact at the bar and in the LD room. Now maybe this was just a bad night, or maybe Northpoint is going away from being the party and get drunk with the girls type of place and trying to be more upscale???? I hope not, because we always had a good time there.
