I used the free limo to get picked up about 8pm on a Saturday night. It was just me and my wife and we figured we try CH3 before our 10pm show. She has never had a lap dance and was going to give it a try. Based on the reviews I picked CH3 because it seems like it would have decent looking girls who maybe weren't so pushy.

The limo turned out to be an Escalade - which is better anyway. Limo's suck - I find them very uncomfortable to sit in. Anyway the Escalade showed up within 15 minutes of me calling and the driver was really cool. Chatted with him the whole way and the trip from TI took a while because of an accident on the freeway.

I think I still had to pay some cover once I got there - like at a reduced rate but I can't really remember. I do remember tipping the girl at the front so I think maybe she had charged me like $7 and the wife was free.
