The first thing to know about this place is that it is not a strip club. No, the Angels Topless Sports Bar, as you can tell by its name, is really just an overpriced sports bar that happens to have a few girls walking around without their tops on. Don't come here expecting that Vegas glitz and glamor, or even just the dirty sexiness of the Imperial Showgirls or other clubs in the area.

That being said, it's not a bad place to go if you know what you are looking for. The Angels Sports Bar is somewhat in between an amped-up version of Hooters and a watered down, deadbeat ESPN zone. It is the dive bar version of a strip club. There is a pool table open for $1 with plenty of open play time, no cover charge, and plenty of TVs blasting whatever game is on for the day. There is even a pretty good selection of beer, and decent servings of wings, fries, and burgers.

There are cute and not so cute girls. A few look past their expiration date and to be honest none of them are knock outs. But they are cute, friendly, and will come up to talk to you without pressuring you to dance. The bar is kind of dirty and the bathroom is gross, but what do you expect from a dive bar. It sounds like the cons outweigh the pros, but I can see myself coming back. Where else in OC can you get $6 pitchers, $1 open pool tables, darts, sports, some good grub, and topless chicks? I think you get the picture.
