This is an update to my previous reviews and a summary of several recent visits on friday / saturday nights. The interior is still quite nice, topping any other club in the area. Only the Cadillac Lounge in Providence comes close. But it's not being kept up. The curtain behind the stage is torn and it looks like it's being held together with vinyl tape. The automatic shutoff faucets and the hand dryer in the bathroom still don't work. The bartenders still ignore you, playing with their phones or chatting with other customers or staff, while you wait, thirsty, money in hand. The massage girls still outnumber the dancers and waitresses combined, and harass you every five minutes. The upstairs is seldom open, ample evidence that this club is not what it once was. There are still some beautiful girls here, top notch, but some of them have attitudes. They do 2 for 1 lap dances every hour, for $30, and that includes a t-shirt and a free admission card. In my experience contact during the lap dances is one-way only, and pretty limited even in the VIP rooms. YMMV, of course. This place FINALLY offers a VIP option less than an hour! A half hour option is now available for around $200. But bring cash into the room otherwise the financial transaction itself takes about 10 minutes and it seems they count that against your half hour... WTF?! The rooms are very nice, though. Alex's is only 5 minutes up the road in Stoughton. That's a very different club than this one, see my review, but it's nice to have another option close by.
