Their pricing should me more appropriate (cheaper) for their location and venue.

Location is in the middle of Hialeah, near suburbia is not close to any of the major club scenes like South Beach and downtown Miami. This place caters to the regular-strip club customer instead of the once-while bachelor parties, so you'll see a lot of old perverts hanging around here. Also, the women are a little bit older, but I guess the customers don't mind since some of them are much older anyway.

Area is kind of sketchy, and doesn't look safe.
