After a number of years away...

After a number of years away from Austin I found myself back in Texas for a couple of nights and headed over to the Yellow Rose on a Friday night. The club was pretty packed with a pretty poor ratio - too few dancers for too many dancers. The only seating available for my friend and I was in the VIP section where we shelled out $300 for a booth. After another half hour we finally found a dancer we both liked to join us for awhile. All in all everyone was nice, very friendly, but not being regulars we felt a little overlooked. Too bad...we were planning to spend quite a bit!
