First visit to Alex's. My expectations were low. This place is a direct and convenient 5 minute drive from the Foxy Brockton. Cover charge $12 on a friday night, sign said daytime cover is $7. Unlike most clubs in the area no free admission with the competition's VIP cards. A thorough search with a metal detector wand when you enter. This place is small but they pack a lot into it. It's pretty congested, can't imagine what it's like when it gets real busy. Beers were almost $7 each. Bathroom was clean and functional. From the middle of the club you have a good view of all three stages. The middle stage is the biggest and the only one with stage seating. The rest of the seating is either at tables or bars. There is no standing room. The dancers do a four song set, one song on each side stage then two songs on the main. Full nude on stage. There are massage girls but unlike Foxy Brockton they don't outnumber the waitresses and dancers and come by every 5 minutes. There were 12-15 dancers on, ranging from top notch to below average. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the dancers. Lap dances were $20 per song, full nude, strictly one-way contact. No privacy in the lap dance area. They do 2 for 1 lap dances for $30 with a t-shirt. They also do a dollar dance thing, other places call it cabaret. I was told there are 15 minute VIP rooms for $175, half hour rooms for $350, on up from there. VIP room is located behind the entrance and hidden by a curtain. No experience with that during my visit. As we left they asked where we were sitting. Apparently this place has such limited seating that when it gets busy later on a weekend night they seat you when you come in like in a restaurant. Overall, pleasantly surprised with this club and some of the dancers. I'll be back.
