I happened to be in Fargo...

I happened to be in Fargo and thought I would check out this club. I didn't make it to the club until nearly 1 a.m., and the place closes at 2. Downtown bars were packed when I went through, mainly with college students, it seemed, and there were even many out on the sidewalks and in parking lots. This club is a few blocks away from the main bar area, but there were still a lot of people outside, and inside the place was fairly packed.

The building itself is pretty small, and has nearly the least attractive interior I've seen in a club - more of a neighborhood bar/dive then what I am used to. It's also not very large. When I went in the place was nearly packed with what were mostly younger patrons. I'm in my 40s and was possibly the oldest person there. There were a lot of young couples and groups. There was one small stage with maybe seven seats at the rail, but few people seemed to be paying much attention to the stage. It seemed like more of a party crowd.

I don't think I ever sat down, since there weren't any free tables, so stood with my back against a wall. Eventually, a dancer came over and asked if I wanted a lap dance. Normally I would talk for a while and take my time, but since there were no tables and there wasn't a long time till closing, I said o.k. She said she was from some place in Africa (Nigeria?)and took me over to a line for the more private lap dance room, which cost $25 per dance, if I recall correctly. As we waited she couldn't/wouldn't keep up a conversation or any effort to seem like the whole thing wasn't just one more chore to get over with. Once inside, she announced that I should make sure not too suck on her tits, since she didn't like a mess. Then she gave the worst dance I've ever had, mainly seeming to only get ready to dance the whole time, and never really doing anything.
