I stopped in to Amber's late...

I stopped in to Amber's late on a Friday afternoon. There is an interesting entrance here. You have to be buzzed in at the door, either by the guy sitting in the booth at the entrance, or by the bartender based on her viewing you through CCTV. You don't see this too often.

The first thing I noticed is that the regular hot bartender was not behind the bar. I don't know whether this is temporary or a permanent situation - hopefully temporary. The second thing I noticed was that the place was empty. There were maybe 4-5 customers and as many dancers. There was no dancer on stage when I walked in, although there was music playing. It looked like there were two dancers at the bar and two back in the private dance area (which is pretty much open to viewing from the floor). After a song or two, a dancer appeared on stage. I ended up getting a couple of dances from a dancer I knew from past visits. Good experience for a short visit.
