I hope today was not indicative...

I hope today was not indicative of the direction the Electric Blue is going.

I walked in, paid the $5 cover, and sat down at the bar. The usual gaze of a dozen dancers was missing. No looks, no nothing. No special EB handshake hellos. Nothing. Just twenty guys hanging around wondering where the women were. After grabbing a bud and looking (again) in the normal spots, it became obvious the staffing level of ladies was light. I figured there had to be a half-dozen girls grinding in the lap dance area, and a few more putting make up on because there was only one dancer on stage. Period.

So I took spot at the stage. Dancer #2 hastily took the stage after rushing out of the lap dance room. In the meantime, I watched as dudes kept walking in and were faced with the same harsh realization that there were not many dancers once their eyes adjusted to the dark bar.
