It's usually not a good sign...

It's usually not a good sign when you try to describe a strip club and you keep coming back to what it ISNT. It isn't a place with amazingly hot women and no mileage at all (The Green Girl Saloon is your place for that) It's not a high mileage place where the women might not be amazingly hot, but you can go pretty far for the right $ in the booths (try the clubs in City of Industry for that). The Library falls somewhere in between. The women are above average looking and give pretty low mileage lap dances. For me, that equals frustration, but it might be ok for you.

Enough negativity: here are some good things about the club. The parking is behind the club so you guys with girlfriends or wives can go there and not worry about her seeing your car from the street. The beer is cold and relatively cheap for a strip club - even on the weekend. The music is loud enough to get your attention but not so loud that you can't hear what anyone is saying. If you want a beer or three and want to catch the occasional topless chick, this is an ok time.
