Dropped into the 'ole Playhouse Lounge on a recent visit to Philly.

This much I'll say about the place -- like it or hate it -- it's been very consistent over the years. Low-key, friendly, a palette of Brazilian women who won't sent the heart racing, but will bring a smile to the face with their earnest desire to make you feel comfortable.

Regularity goes with the consistency: it seems that some of the women here have been performing for many (many) years, and in some cases, it's really starting to show!
