For the Harrisburg area, this place is most definitely a 10. For clubs in general, it would rank about a 6.

After nearly a year, I went back to Adult World and was pleasantly surprised with the interior renovations. Most of the set-up is the same but it has a much less cramped feeling now.

The cost of dances hasn't increased either... you still can't beat the $5 laps. Some good contact from most of the dancers for 5 and up.
