The ingredients are all here for a good time, but my visit fell short. In my opinion it's largely a training and management issue that stops this club from being great, though I read a few reviews that made it sound like they get it together sometimes. They need to get the girls to just do more with the guys that are tipping. They put their boobs in your face, or show the kitty up close for a dollar or two which is fine, but it feels so mechanical and routine where they do pretty much the same two things to everyone. A few more tricks and a lot more smiling would make it more fun for everyone. The ladies were courteous rather than outrageous and flirty (my preference) and they didn't spend much social time at all which I don't understand at all. Maybe the BYOB/soda machine atmosphere diminishes the value to the club of selling drinks for the girls, but it seem dumb to not spend time investing in customer enjoyment. From the other reviews I ready on busy nights it sounds like it's aimed at a college crowd which perhaps values the conversation less than those of us raised in the pre-cellphone era.

The club layout is interesting and comfortable. I like the rail and there's a lot of rail with three stages.

Unfortunately there were long gaps with no one dancing on Saturday around 5pm. I know it's early but that's not a good way to get things going. When the girls were dancing they tended to just sit down and talk to a group of I guess regulars. Me and my dollars went unloved more than once or worse yet just collected on the way off stage. Conversation when the dancers did come by was limited to the "wanna dance" variety, though I did get one attractive girl to explain the rules and such. I bought her a Red Bull and she sat down a minute but that wasn't the rule here.
