The other reviews already mention the physical club so I won't mention it here. However, the dance prices stated by others are not what i experienced. The private booths have a big sign saying $20 per dance with "tips appreciated". The sign even shows how much goes to the house & dancer $7/$13. YMMV depending on the girl and the amount you "tip". Seemed like most girls tried to get you to tip $5-$20 on top of the $20. Not sure when the 3 for $25 went away but didn't see it here.

Admission is $10 which gives you lifetime membership card. Strange as I've only seen that "membership" thing at some bars in southern states. Then they add a 2 drink minimum which is another $10. No alcohol served here as the dancers are nude.

It is strange seeing the dancer nude then you get a lap dance and her full bikini is on - although she will have less clothes and more touching if you "tip". The booths are private though. Your mileage may vary as always.
