I have read about Hong Kong...

I have read about Hong Kong Club being described as wonderland - and those reports are not wrong. It is a really nice fun club - all glitzy with lights and girls dancing on the bar tops. I think there were about 8-10 girls dancing on various stages throughout the club. 2 of them were doing the famed foam show - just lathering it up and asking you to come finger them. They only want a buck or two in tips.

The place is, however, full of almost as many waiters as girls. They are a pain in how much they hound you to order drinks. Drink prices are comparable to the US (plus tip the waiter). But it's an ordeal even asking for a simple drink because of the language barrier. Now, I understand that I am the foreigner there but they are a border town club catering to visitors from the US side - a little English to take orders would make it easier. In fact, I would have ordered some nice drinks for myself if only I had the tenacity needed to communicate the order. A whiskey+coke was hard enough. Then, they kept trying to push a bag of chips to the girl I was buying a drink for. Freakin chips... I doubt she wanted them either.

The place is packed with girls. I was there on Monday night and it was brimming (can't imagine what nights at weekends are like). I was also there on Sunday afternoon, a bit slower, but still pretty decent. The girls just stand around and don't really make much eye contact or approach you. A couple might grab your ass, ha. You can ask the waiter to bring a girl to you (tip again). Also, I don't think the vast majority of them were smoking hot or anything close to that. I think most of them were slightly above average at best (this might be different during nights on weekends, or very late nights)
