I haven't been to Hustler in...

I haven't been to Hustler in a long time since they've changed ownership. I received a free pass this day and decided to visit because I've been wondering if their food was still as good as I remember. Got there around 10pm Friday night and drove up to the door like normal, but no valet...seemed odd to me so I drove around back and parked. Lots of cars parked, but not enough to fill up the parking lot around the building. Walked in and gave my pass to the hostess and went in. The club is still as nice as I remember, however they remodeled the stage. It's no longer a long stage, but a small circle stage in the middle of the club with two long dancer poles running all the way up the ceiling. Plenty of tables surrounded the stage. AT 10pm on a Friday night, you would assume there would be lots of people at a club like this, but no. The place was almost empty, less than 10 customers. There were more employees than customers it seemed. The employees were nice and hospitable. I sat at a table facing the stage and ordered my dinner. Watched a dancer on stage and she seemed ok, probably a 6, but I would rate a 7 on this night compared to the other girls. On a Friday night most clubs would have plenty of dancers, however Hustler had only 5 this night. I didn't come this night to get any dances, so I didn't see the upstairs area. There weren't any girls that I wanted to get a dance with anyways. I heard the dj announce VIP dances were $30. That made it even better that I wouldn't spend money on dances here. The stage dances are different as the girls here can go bottomless if they want. Three songs each, first is usually topless halfway through the song, half way through the second song some dancers take off the bottoms, so the last song is full nude. Not bad. I did find it funny that with the lack of dancers, the dj would make a big deal and announce the waitresses who would go up on stage after a couple of dancers completed their set to wipe down the stage. I thought the waitresses were cuter than the dancers.

I wouldn't rule out anyone going to this club. Seeing as how it's not busy, if you want attention from the girls, you could probably have them hang with you and chat since there is little competition and the girls are bored. This would be a good place to bring a date as it's not a sleazy place so if your date is into going to strip clubs, this would be a good place to go to dinner since it's not as busy and loud so you can watch the show and talk to your date and have a good dinner. The food is a good reason to go here, not as good as it used to be, but they have specials that is cheap and tasty.

This place has promise if the management would change up their strategy and lower their VIP dance prices as I've heard there is a high VIP tax besides the $30 per song dance. At a club like this, if you cannot afford to have valet and a bathroom troll, then you are doing something wrong.
