This is a compilation review of a couple of visits about a month ago, all in the evening. Business takes me to the area a few times a year, and this is my favorite SC on the Space Coast. Lidos has better-looking dancers, but with attitudes, and the Inner Room is a better value, but you get what you pay for. Cheaters seems to strike a good balance: a friendly place with mostly girl-next-door types, some more eager to please than others. This is a place I don't mind hanging out for awhile, looking over the talent and tipping some at the stage and talking to a few girls before deciding to get a lap dance. I usually end up talking to a girl to make sure she can do what I like (slow and sensual as opposed to pounding my lap like a jackhammer) before I settle in for a dance ($20) that will likely turn into multiples if she does a good job on the first one.

The big lap dance room, lined with leather couches, doesn't offer a great deal of privacy, but I find it better than the little narrow aisle in Lidos or the out-in-the open arrangement at IR. Unless there's a dance special or the club is packed, I've rarely had a problem with gawkers or felt cramped in the lap dance room. Plus, if there aren't a lot of people getting dances, the bouncers and the waitresses tend to leave you alone back there.

Cheaters is, like every club, hit and miss. I've been here at midnight on weekdays when it is deserted, and on other weeknights at the same time it has been packed. Wednesdays and Thursdays around 10PM have been my favorite times. The best-looking dancers seem to work a Wednesday-Saturday schedule, so you get them early in their work week, and avoid weekends, when the club can be packed with drunken customers. For some reason, Sunday nights usually draw a crowd, including a lot of couples and groups of women. I've wondered if they run some sort of ladies night on Sundays but have never noticed any advertisements or investigated further.
