In town on a Thursday night...

In town on a Thursday night for the second time in 2 months. Tried both the Gold Club and the Pony. Again, Pony was the winner. It’s hard to explain, but the difference is that the Pony atmosphere is just a lot more fun—lively and upbeat. Like being at a party with lots of sexy smiling young women floating around not wearing much. The new Memphis law definitely puts a damper on things—can see bikinis every day at the beach. But still fun. As with my last visit, the private dance prices seem to be fixed (at least I was unable to negotiate), and they are higher than at other clubs. The deal seems to be 1 for 40, 2 for 60 and (very oddly) 3 for 100. And, there were no “two for one” specials or anything like that. I did 2 dances from 2 girls and thought I got my money’s worth, although I would have much preferred paying less and having the tops come off. One of them wanted the $60 up front. No explanation, but i really didn't mind. The girls were very nice and worked hard to please. I will go back if in town again. One annoying feature—a restroom attendant. Not necessary! I can perform those functions by myself.
