I had never been to Rick's, but I'd heard that the girls were more--what's the word? Agreeable? Slutty? Anyway, I was curious, so I parked in back and went in. The cover was $20, not $10. I didn't buy a drink, and one of the dancers said she didn't blame me--she didn't make any money off the sodas anyway.

Typical strip club ambiance: dark, with lots of neon and mirrors. The seats all seemed fairly clean and new. There are two stages, and sometimes there was a girl at each one, which made me rubberneck a bit, but I wasn't complaining. It was very slow when I got there at 9:45ish, but guys started coming in during my short stay. There were black, white and Asian girls, mostly skinny, but one very plump white girl and 1 or 2 with big fake boobs. I guess I met about six of them. They were mostly friendly sit-on-your-lap, make a reasonable amount of small talk girls. Only one of them was a bit stand-offish while she offered a dance, and only one put much pressure on me for a dance. (I know the girls make their money off lap dances, but I like to get my bearings see who's dancing before I go to the VIP room.

I forget the name of the first dancer I met--and I forgot it when she returned to my table later, after she hand been onstage, so I felt guilty and accepted the dance. I did not regret it. She was slim and black, with cute small breasts. We went to the $30 VIP room instead of the more exposed $20 couches. She got VERY friendly right away, moving my hands right where I wanted them from the get go. She chilled a bit when the manager walked by, and she told me that wouldn't happen in the private booth, which cost over $100 for 15 minutes. Sounds lovely, but I stayed in the VIP for my three short songs. I don't go to a lot of clubs, but this was probably my second best lap dance--just too short. Very erotic. She was still very friendly as she walked me to the cash machine (some girls are all business at that point). She gave me her card and mentioned that she's available for private shows, before hugging me goodbye. I'll probably be back.
