Blackjacks is one of my favorite clubs. It has a laid back atmosphere and the dancers are generally friendly.

The VIP area is $30 per song(full song) with quite a bit of touching available. YMMV

Dances are topless for $30 or nude for $50. Nude really isn't worth it. The champagne rooms are always YMMV but I have generally had some fun. They cost $250 per half hour with no discounts.

You will probably have to go there a few times to gain the trust of the dancers, and after that is is more fun.
