Stopped by on a Wednesday evening...

Stopped by on a Wednesday evening about a month ago. Had driven by the place a million times and had nothing better to do so figured I'd give it a shot...have a beer survey the scene and head out. I've tried this strategy at other places and it normally evolves into a 2 hour 5 beer stay with at least one private dance. Not at Cabernet tho.

There were two very disinterested girls dancing on stage and a group of older guys across the bar in a heated debate about lord knows what. Girls weren't very attractive and I got a smile from one after about 15 minutes....despite being the only one actually watching her. Bar tenders were nice enough and a beer was $4 I think.

Don't know if they do lap dances but I didn't want to find out. Thus cramped room with a central bar and tint stage didn't give of a fun, party or even clean vibe. The best thing I can add was that the girls weren't actively looking for tips, which I could appreciate as I was not actively looking to tip them. This seemed to be a neighborhood hangout for locals, and next time I'm definitely making the trek to centerfolds or fantasies.
