I stopped at Centerfold on a cloudy Friday afternoon. There was plenty of free self-parking and no cover. The physical description of this club is very old, long bar along the east wall. Rudimentary restrooms are along a corridor to the northeast. The parking lot is towards the west. The VIP room is a curtained room just to the northwest of the bar. Pool tables, a mostly unused stage, and some rail seating is also along the the west wall.

The bartender seemed genuinely friendly and was attentive as long as her cell phone didn't ring. She kept the drinks ($3.50 apiece) flowing during the hour I spent here.

If you can't handle cigarette smoke, this is not the place for you, despite Ohio's no smoking laws. Also you will be asked to contribute $1 for the jukebox when the music stops. The music started off a little too quiet but was turned up by the bartender as the afternoon wore on.
