i went here on a whim...

i went here on a whim not too long ago. the outside is posh and lends the anticipation of being a high-end strip club. they have an odd little window you walk past; when i entered, they had some sort of receptionist there. the club itself is lovely, with a high DJs booth and what appeared to be tiered seating. the main stage, however, was a turnoff -- it's flat on the floor with a long pole that looks unsteady. there were hardly any patrons in the bar; the few that were had taken themselves and their selected dancer to the VIP area. the girl on stage when i went was lazy and not engaged at all in her work, but thin and beautiful, as the majority of them were. i didn't see a single girl who wasn't model-esque, and this was dayshift. the managing staff was abrupt and gave an impression of rudeness, and trying to leave the parking lot after my visit was a clusterfuck. this club is too far from downtown to get any business, and doesn't sell itself to the local population. go for a drink and to look at pretty girls, but if you're wanting grinding and/or extras, this either isn't the place for it or night shift is a lot more lax. the few tables dances i saw were lethargic and all air. save your money and go to brad's or even the south side's Silk.
