I've been wanting to try one...

I've been wanting to try one of the SCs in the Newburgh area for quite a while. After having done exhaustive research here on TUSCL and elsewhere, there wasn't a clear superior club when compared to the other three. So, I chose Pleasure island because it wasn't the worst and because it was, as they say, "E-Z Off/E-Z On" from I-84.

The club certainly wasn't top-notch in terms of size and bells & whistles. There was a central stage surrounded by the bar. There was at least one pool table off to the side of the bar, an elevated area against the wall for lap dances, and, the much-discussed VIP area in the back. The VIP area was isolated from the rest of the club and provided the required privacy. During dances, the girl would use the bar as a place to climb up upon, give you a closer look at body parts, and discussed menu opportunities.

There was only one other customer there on a Friday afternoon and four dancers. There was an adequate, but non-athletic blonde on stage when I got there. I don't remember her name, but she went off to the VIP with the other guy. next, a friendly African American girl danced. She did the bar routine with me and suggested we could have a good time in the VIP. I said I wanted to watch all of the dancers once and then take it from there. Although having a pleasant personality, she was just a little too chubby for my tastes.
