I went here with low expectations,...

I went here with low expectations, given everything I'd read online (both here and elsewhere), and ended up coming back for a second day. First, the negatives. The place is a definite dive. In the afternoon, there is a stage show, and pretty much everyone else is gathered around the bar. Seems like a lot of regulars, mixed in with tourists. You could easily be there 15 minutes and conclude -- wow, what a waste of time.

But I don't go to clubs for atmosphere. And once I had a chance to meet and get dances from some of the dancers, I was much happier. I danced with two different dancers who were remarkably skilled, in very different styles (from the grind style to the "almost make out" style), and I left happy both times.

Moreover, there was no point where I felt the rip-off alert going. I always received full songs. No pressure to upgrade to champagne room, nor any implication that I was getting less than full effort. I would gladly return here any time I get the chance to stay in AC.
