I visited Mons last week and it was a phenominal experience. There must have been 25-30 girls performing. At least half were 10's. The dances on stage are all nude but clearly the girls work you for the lap dancing. And I had no problem with that. All nude lap dancing with minimal rules! And with the right girl, the rules are even less than that. Only complaint is Mons tends to be a little pricy. They hit you with a cover (around $20) just to walk in. But remember there is no alcohol so this helps cover that. Lap dances vary from $20-30 depending on the number of dances you get. All in all, definately one of my favorite places.
