Amber's isn't fancy, but it's no dive either. It's got a pretty big floor and bar. You can pretty much pick your poison from behind the bar. It looks like they've got everything. It's got a smallish VIP area that's pretty much wide open to anybody looking from the floor. Weird setup in the VIP filled with these 1970s looking chairs. They got a DJ, but the music wasn't too loud, which I appreciate. Stopped by on a weekday afternoon, so there weren't many guys there. The daytime crowd always looks a little older than nighttime crowds do. The girls were a mixed bag. Sat with Gina: short, a few extra pounds, but with a very good chest, so she pulled it off. Couldn't figure the ethnicity. She was some sort of mix. The other girls were white, with one black girl. Average to above average looks. There's a pretty constant drink hustle here (she said the girls have to make a quota), and they aren't cheap, but it was OK. Gina was friendly, and so were her dances. She wanted $20/dance, but backed off pretty fast when I said $10. Lots of good contact, and lots of promises for a better time next time. Amber's doesn't blow me away, but there wasn't anything to keep me away either. Slightly above average club. I'd go back.
