I had not visited Paper Moon...

I had not visited Paper Moon for nearly a year and the recent reviews were a little confusing with regard to recent changes that have been made. So, I figured I had better do my duty as a club member and submit a review.

Three of us (guys) arrived about 10:00 pm on a Saturday evening after a home Hog football game in Little Rock. The over charge was $ 12, which seemed a bit steep. It sounded like we might have received a discount if we had brought our football ticket stubs. But we didn't have them and the amount of any discount seemed to be unclear. Mixed drinks were around $ 8.00 for both customers and the dancers. There was a shortage of good looking dancers when we first arrived, but the quality picked up between 10:00 pm and midnight. As dancers finished their time on the three, consecutive stages, they were willing to come sit on our laps, visit, have a drink and did not push too hard for private dances.

There used to be two private dance areas that were well partitioned off, but all of those walls have been removed. There are now two semi-private dance areas, one on the far right and one on the far left of the building. Both dance areas contain couches, but the areas are well lighted. We were told by a couple of dancers that ownership had changed and the changes were made by the new owner. Semi private dances on the far right were between $ 20 and $ 30, depending on the dancer. Dancers in this area did not remove their tops and touching was officially quoted as not allowed. A bouncer would stop by this dance area periodically and stop most touching by the guys. However, when the bouncer was gone, many of the dancers would allow some touching above the waist. Things have clearly been tightened down a lot from the last time I was here.
