I was shocked to discover that...

I was shocked to discover that this club was still open! I visited on a Saturday night about an hour after opening and it was absolutely dead inside. There were only two other customers and as many dancers sitting at the bar. In spite of this shortly after my arrival the DJ began calling them up for the floor show. The bartender (always the best looking woman in a club) said that it only picks up around midnight. The building is still a nice facility (except for the bathroom) and I got frisked going in so it appears security is on the job. The women on this shift weren't really my type but were par for the course in New England clubs. I'll try again the next time I'm out New Bedford way.
