I took a four day weekend...

I took a four day weekend for Labor Day, and decided to kick it off at the HL. Apparently, everyone else in the city had the same idea, as this place was as crowded as I have ever seen it. No cover in the afternoon, and two-for-one on my drink, so that is a bonus. There were a few tables of large groups, who seemed to get most of the attention. There was one table in the middle of the floor that was available, but it was surrounded by larger groups, and very hard to get to. The waitress had to do an Olympic series of flips and jumps to take my order.

There were plenty of hot women that I would have loved to get dances with, but most of them never got near me. I contented myself to watch the stage show for a while. As time wore down, the crowd thinned out enough that dancers were able to approach me. There still weren't any open spots along the wall, so all of the dances had to be at my cramped little table. I ended up getting dances with five ladies, most of them were nice by not memorable. Two of them I had received dances from before, but these were a bit tamer than the last time. I think it is a little more difficult to get a good dance in the middle of the floor with no privacy. I took off after about an hour. This trip wasn't great, but I will be back, just not on a Friday afternoon.
