It may say non-smoking on TUSCL, but this club posts clearly on the door "Smoking is Allowed." I went here because of all the great reviews, but left very disappointed. Few girls, none were hot, and too many regulars.

I was driving all around Indiana and was excited when I saw my business trip planned for a drive through Kokomo because I had read so many great things about Hip Huggers. It is off of 31, and you wont see it just driving by since you have to go down a side street to get there. Went around 6pm and parking was ample right across the road from the club. Seems like a safe enough area. Bouncer at the door took the cover, I think it was $3, whatever it was it was not much. You enter on the long side of the building which is maybe 200 feet long by 6o feet wide maybe. The bar is along the back wall, and the stage is on the long wall opposite. No DJ as girls had to enter their song selection on a jukebox. They even had to put in their own money, which seems very classy let me tell you. I was there over 90 minutes around shift change and only had one girl come up to me dressed business casual, yet many other regulars got lots of attention (dances, flirting, small talk, etc.) I realize I was there around shift change, but all the girls at the end of the shift were dying to get out of there, and the girls coming in took a LONG time to get to the floor and when they got there they just checked their phones and talked to each other or regulars.

On the north side is a darkened area where the dances happen out in the open. $10 for a topless dance is pretty good. The one girl who did approach me was about a 7 with small breasts. All the dancers were white, and had a bit of belly fat to them. I would not go here again if you said you would pay for my dances.
